Stairway to Heaven?!
Nice stairs in the middle of the floor - NOT. The great thing about houses - you can make them your own! Dream houses aren't found, they are created. These buyers knew how to take this unwanted house and create a home. They had the vision to relocate that stair hole to another part of the house. With their Houseonality in full swing, they took an eyesore and made it a show place. And, although the stairs may not lead to heaven, I think it is fair to say, they do lead to a haven. Nicely done.

Single & Sassy
After her divorce, this newly single female embraced her ability to have carte blanche on her Houseonality - and this client went for it! And, wow, what a difference. The whole property felt her hand and was the better for it. With an updated interior including flooring, windows, and paint to the swanky backyard with it's glass fire pit and spa to enjoy the water views. This home has an understated elite feel.
